We provide full-service delivery, professional setup, and breakdown throughout Rhode Island and parts of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Grab-and-go options are also available for smaller events or clients looking for a budget-friendly choice.

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Simply reach out through our website inquiry form and tell us a little about your event.
From there, we’ll connect to chat through your ideas, event details, and overall vision. Based on that conversation, we’ll create a customized design proposal and quote tailored to your needs. Everything is fully customizable, and we’re happy to make adjustments to ensure it’s the perfect fit.
To officially book and reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit is required. Once booked, we’ll stay in touch leading up to your event to finalize details and bring your vision to life.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Most clients book 4–8 weeks in advance, but larger events or highly customized designs may require additional notice.
Booking within one week of your event:
Events booked within 7 days of the event date may be subject to a rush fee, depending on availability, design complexity, and supply needs. Rush fees help cover expedited planning, sourcing materials, and scheduling adjustments.
Last-minute bookings may still be accommodated when possible, but availability is not guaranteed. A non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date on our calendar.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Rhode Island and surrounding areas of Connecticut and Massachusetts. Delivery and travel fees apply to all events and vary based on location and setup requirements.
Can balloons be used outdoors?
Yes, balloon decor can be used outdoors with proper planning. Weather and environmental conditions can significantly affect balloons.
Balloons naturally oxidize when exposed to outdoor elements, which may cause changes in appearance. Full shade is required for all outdoor setups. Romina’s Creations is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, delays, or damage.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event setup.
What is your cancellation policy?
IF you need to cancel your event, your deposit may be reallocated to another date and time up to two times, subject to availability. Please note that balloon preparation begins several days prior to your event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date may be subject to additional material costs if you choose to reschedule.
Do you offer Grab & Go Garlands?
Yes! Grab-and-go options are available for smaller events and do not include delivery or setup.
How much does balloon decor cost?
Balloon decor pricing varies based on design style, size, color palette, specialty balloons, add-ons, and installation requirements. While balloon garlands are often designed by length, pricing is not calculated strictly per foot. Each setup is custom-styled to fit your space and vision. are available for smaller events and do not include delivery or setup.
